Going back to Manila.

When we got back to San Francisco for our flight back to Manila, we were having this big reunion since it was also mother's day! It was sad because Mylene was telling me how she was crying when we left for Florida. She also told me that she would be definitely crying when we come back to Manila. It was devastating! I know I'm a cry baby. But I promised Mylene that I wouldn't cry if she didn't.

I miss my relatives in San Francisco. I really do.

We watched the Warriors game for the whole day. We went for Eggetes and watched the Warriors game there. Warriors won! It was awesome that everyone in Eggetes was cheering!

At the end of the day, I cried. I knew Mylene had 3G in her phone, so I immediately sent her a message on facebook saying that I cried. She was crying as well. I guess it's really hard to say goodbye.

Last day in Orlando

May 10, 2013

The last day of Orlando was originally planned for an outlet day. But when my parents saw the look in my face, they decided to just have half of the day for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It's alright because I know they enjoyed that world as well.

We went back and everything seemed infinite. The way I drank butterbeer again, the way my family went on The Forbidden Journey again... I was satisfied. Although I know I won't be going back here anytime soon, it's already fine that I went here.

(Best world EVER!)

So yeah, after that, we went to outlets. Firstly, we went to ROSS, dad's favorite place. Then we went a big outlet place. There was a Disney store (where I bought my new iPhone case) and there was Journey, F21, and all many more cool stores! It was awesome because everything was cheaper! Dad took his time in the Asics outlet, and mum took her time in Lacoste. Dean and I were bored!

We had dinner at Denny's! It was mum's day, so we gave mum a snowglobe. (she collects them) It was a snow globe from the Disney outlet. It was a snow globe of the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. 'Twas awesome!

A lot of things has happened, when we got back, there was this big crash between a truck and a car. Twas funny actually. However, in everything that happened, nothing can beat the finale. Dad always brings this black bag where our passports and our ids were there. When we got to our room, dad was looking for that black bag. It was no where to be found. We checked everywhere. It was no joke. Dad was tearing up. They could lose their jobs because of this! Dad called every outlets we went into. It wasn't there. I then saw the ROSS plastic. I told dad to try ROSS.And he did. Something miraculous happened. It was there all along. When mum and dad got back, they told us the employee who gave them the bag was named "Samantha". Which was cool because Samantha's my twin's name. She passed away when we were still babies.

The whole trip was awesome! Happy endings, and memories that will last forever. :)

Universal Studios Florida

May 9, 2013

Dad saw how blue my face was when we left the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Since our ticket was a three day pass, he decided that we go there after we go to the other park.

We got there in the morning. There were absolutely no lines. It was awesome!

We went to the new ride first. We were in the Production Central. The first thing that we saw was the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem. It was really cute! We got turned into Minions. It was a 3D ride. It's so awesome! After the ride, before the gift shop, there was a dance party with a minion! He was soooo cute!!

Right after, we went to Shrek 4-D. It was still the same. It was alright.

Then we saw this hardcore roller coaster, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. It looked intense! Dean didn't want to ride it so we didn't.
We then went to Hollywood. We rode the Revenge of the Mummy. That ride was unexpected! It was awesome! I never really expected the part where it goes backwards. It was such a cool friendly ride. It was funny because the one beside me was scared! Even more scared than me! It was hilarious!
At the gift shop, There were lots of these accessories with eyes. Yes, eyes. I liked it so much! But it was too pricey.

We then went to TWISTER...Ride it out. It was cool. It was like experiencing a real live tornado! It was awesome!
Then we went to San Francisco. I saw the Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue sign. I immediately checked the schedule, there were so many shows still to come! I was excited to see it! While waiting, We went to Disaster! It was cool! It showed us how disaster movies were made. And in the mean while, they were making disaster movies with some volunteers. It was so cool.
After that, we went to the World Expo The first thing we saw was MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack. It was another shooting game ride. I knew I was gonna loose. I never win in these things. But at the end of the ride, I won! It was awesome! I had so many points! I finally won! Woot!

Then we went to The Simpsons Ride! As usual, it was awesome. Though weird enough, the one in LA was better.

Then we went to a animal show. It was cute. :)

Then we went Terminator 3D it was ayt. Still the same as I remember. Just less... super.

Then we went to my most awaited ride, E.T. Adventure. It was as good as I remember it. It sucks that this ride was no longer available in LA. I loved that there was one here. :)

We wanted to go to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter already. But then when we asked, they said that we need to add 20 bucks in every ticket. Dad said nevermind. I could feel my tears pouring and dad said that we'll be going tomorrow instead. So we just went back to San Francisco and watched Beetlejuice. I was the best show ever! I loved it!!

Universal's Islands of Adventure

My birthday has past and I haven't posted about my whole trip at Orlando, Florida. Sorry about that. Here goes. Let's start with Islands of Adventure!

May 8, 2013

At Islands of Adventure, there were awesome worlds: Marvel Super Hero Island, Toon Lagoon, Jurassic Park, The Lost Continent, Suess Landing, and my favorite, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The whole point of this trip to America was to go experience my favorite world. If you didn't know, I'm potterhead. I wasn't a potterhead ever since, but it grew on me. Anyway, my parents knew how important Harry Potter was to me. They knew that it has taken a huge part of my life. They made this whole trip as a graduation gift for me, and I must say, they did a great job!

Since The Wizarding World of Harry Potter was the main purpose of our stay, we went there first. We didn't want to miss a thing! We brisk walked to the Suess Landing and through The Lost Continent and finally found this...

I was too agog to move. I was literally just standing by the sign. While looking on what's inside, I was sniffing... Later, when I stepped foot inside Hogsmeade, I could feel the tears coming out. I could feel the happiness flowing through my veins. It was the happiest day of my life. I could go on and on about how blissful I was, but I'd rather tell you guys all about my favorite world.

I just wish I could live here. Hogwarts is my home. It has always been. When I stepped in and the tears were pouring, my thoughts were swimming in my mind. I was thinking about what to do first, and what to do next. It was brilliant! However, my dad was excited with me. We went inside the castle immediately. We saw a Gryffindor telling us to put our bags in a locker. Wait, what?! I thought Why?! Is this an extreme ride?! The lockers were cool! They had this finger scan thingy to get your locker closed. It was awesome! After we have put our bags in our lockers, we lined up. The line wasn't that long because we were early. The things inside of the castle were breath-taking.

I could hear the moving picture saying that Hagrid has lost his dragon, that it was flying about in Hogwarts. Crazy, huh? When we got to the ride Hufflepuff yelled "Cmon muggles, get a move on!" I walked by him and said "I'm no muggle." I sat down on the ride and just stared back at the pathetic Hufflepuff. Seriosly, a Hufflepuff has the nerve to call me a muggle. Pfft. Anyway, the ride was the best!! It was called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. It was hella awesome! It's like you really are riding a broomstick with Harry! I loved it to bits! Every part of it was an amazing experience. Everything, even when Aragog and the dementors scared me to death!

When we got out of the ride, we went back to the lockers to get our stuff. The gift shop was there when we got out. I wanted to buy everything! I ended up buying nothing. I wanted this jacket. It was a Slytherin jacket. But it costs $64, and I don't have that kind of money. I was saving my money for a wand. So I took a pass on it. When we got out, The Flight of the Hippogriff was just beside it. Dad let us go on the ride without them. I watched a P.O.V. of this ride once. I knew it was just a ride to let you see the whole TWWoHP. The line was short. It was awesome that we got in immediately. I was ready for this. I saw Buckbeak when we were going up. I was ready to see the sights. But then... The coaster was surprisingly fast! Well not extreme fast, but friendly fast. It was fun!!

We got off the ride. We were looking for mum and dad. We went over to the Hogwarts sign... Still no sign of our parents. We went to the Butterbeer station to find them... Still no sign of our parents. We went back to the gift shop (Flich's Emporium) and we saw them leaving. We chased them. I saw them holding a big plastic bag, I asked them what's inside. Mum told me it was something for my aunt. Dad gave us sandwiches. I told mum that she can totally survive The Flight of the Hippogriff. So she took my challenge. It was funny. We were at the last two rows. Dean and I were at the very last. When the ride was taking place, all I could hear was mums screams! It was hilarious! When we got out, mum was like "Piece of cake!"

I suggested to go to Ollivander's! We went to Ollivander's and waited. There was a long line. When we finally came in, I got disappointed that I wasn't the chosen one. I wore Neon for a reason! Some dumb Gryffndor was picked. Besides that, we went in the real shop. I got myself a Birch wand. It looked so cool! I love my wand so much. I didn't pick it. The wand chooses the wizard.

While shopping for wands, dad git us butterbeer! When I first tasted it, I puked rainbows! (not literally) It was the best drink I ever had! Even my parents were amazed! It was too good!

We then went inside Honeydukes. I wanted to buy Berty Bott's Every Flavour Beans, but the dad said it was unreasonable. So we just got a jar of candy that has "Honeydukes" on it.

For the last part, Dean and I decided to ride the Dragon Challenge! *que horrifying music*
The line was a maze! It was dark and shit. It was hard! But then when we got to the end of the line, my fingers started to go numb. It was scared! This would be the most extreme roller coaster that I would face! I could actually hear some girls laughing at me. I didn't care! I'm not a Gryffindor, I'm not brave!
(not my picture)

When I was already seated, I could feel my hands sweating while gripping tight on the handle bars. I was terrified. What did I got myself into?! I thought. Then it started. WHile going up, I could hear my heart beat. And the ride went on. All I could remember was I was smiling throughout everything. It was amazing! I didn't thought I could survive that! Though my hands were very numb, and my feet were in pins and needles, I had a great time! Dean suggested to go on the other dragon, but it got him thinking, we both bailed. It was too much for one day.

It was time to say goodbye to my home. I didn't want to say goodbye. But I had to.
"Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home."  J.K. Rowling

So we left The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and gone to the Marvel Super Hero Island.
It was fun!! We didn't ride The Incredible Hulk Coaster. Even Dean was scared.

All of us rode The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman. It was awesome! Mum and dad loved it. It's a 3D ride where you go with Spiderman. It made us in a the front page! My folks loved it and decided to go to ride again.

After the ride, we exited in a gift shop. There were so many awesome stuff! I wanted a wallet. But I didn't buy one. I might find some better wallets somewhere.

Since the Mad Tea Party was closed in Fantasyland, we decided to go on Storm Force Accelatron. It was just like the Mad Tea Party, but faster. It was awesome!

We went out the Marvel Super Hero Island and went to Suess Landing. It was cute and awesome! The minute I stepped in, I felt like I was part of Dr. Suess books. I saw the trees from The Lorax, the famous hat from Cat in the Hat, and etc. The first thing we rode is The High in the Sky Suess Trolley Ride! it was okay. More for kids though. Dad and mum got disappointed and didn't want to go to any rides anymore. But I insisted to ride The Cat in the Hat. It was awesome! It was unexpectedly fast. Well, it's like one of those rides who leads you to the story, since this was Cat in the Hat, it was sorta insane. Lots of fast spins and turns. My parents ended up loving it.

Then the hunger came in. We decided it was the end of the day. Yeah, it sucked. I wished we could go back to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, but no.. Oh well. I loved this day. The best day of my life.

Disney's Hollywood Studios

May 7, 2013

Disney's Hollywood Studio's

Hollywood Boulevard

The Great Movie Ride
This ride was interesting. We were riding on a vehicle that takes us to some Hollywood's most famous films. It was brilliant!

Echo Lake

The American Idol Experience

This was fun! It really was an experience! I didn't audition though, Dean did. And I was his manager, so I was there with him all throughout. He just got to the 2nd round of the audition. You see, there's a song list, and he only had few songs that he was comfortable in singing to. But then the song was like an octave higher, so he wasn't able to pass the second round.

Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!

I was expecting a ride. I wanted to ride Indiana Jones! It was my fave when I was a kid. But then it was a show. It was still awesome. It was starring Harrison Ford's stunt double. It was all about stunts. It's awesome!

Star Tours - The Adventure Continues

Star Tours never disappoints! I was expecting it to be the first timer driver will be driving us, but no, it was C3P0! I love how the made a new version of this. It was awesome! Darth Vader actually force choked us!! Speaking of force chokes...

Streets of America

Muppet Vision 3D

We didn't go here. We did though in Disneyland. We didn't bother anymore because we saw it already.

Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show

I really can't remember if we went here. So many stunt shows.

Studio Backlot Tour

This was a bit funny because of the volunteers. It was actually pretty cool. It was like about explosives and such. It's awesome.

Pixar Place

Toy Story Midway Mania

This was a fun ride! Like most of the target rides, I lost. But it was really fun!! I love Toy Story!

Mickey Avenue

The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow

Thus was fun. We were just standing, but it was fun. Though, the Davy Jones voice over was just a bit disappointing. I can do better.

Animation Courtyard

Voyage of the Little Mermaid

This was cute. It was a musical. Well, it was the story of the Little Mermaid.

The Magic of Disney Animation

This was funny because it was starring Mushu from Mulan. It showed how they made characters. On how it grew into what really is. Mushu wasn't really a dragon at first. It was really cool. And they gave us a sneak peak of the new Pixar's Monsters University.

Sunset Boulevard

The Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage

I really loved this! It's Beauty and the Beast on stage! It actually payed for us not going to the Enchanted Tales with Belle.

Rock 'n' Roll Coaster

THIS RIDE! Now this was epic!! It was awesome as hell! Oh God!!! We had four fast passes for this. Since neither mum or dad didn't want to use their fast passes, we used it. We wanted to go twice. But then in our second ride, the coaster needed some renovations. We were so lucky that we rode it before it went broken.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

I was actually scared of riding this. It was actually fun! I love how it made me levitate for a minute. I actually love this ride!

CHARACTER SPOT!

Highlight of the day: Rock 'n' Roll Coaster!!

*It was fun! Hollywood studios was a lot like Universal. Dean bought a light saber. Lol yeah. Last day in Disney. :(

Disney's Magic Kingdom

May 6, 2013

Disney's Magic Kingdom

Adventureland

Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room
The Tiki room never changed. It was still full of birds singing. In the tiki tiki tiki tiki room!

Jungle Cruise
We rode this in Disneyland, but I never really remembered. It was just like the Safari, however, the difference is the animals here are not not real. The only thing that made this ride interesting was the tour guide. She was punny as hell! Oh, and how the animals looked so durpy.

Pirates of the Caribbean

This was always a ride that I've been looking forward to. It's a ride where even my parents can ride. Yes, I'm a big fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean. I love Davy Jones! I always imitate how he talks. Like, "Jack Sparraaah!" I was looking forward on seeing him in the mist, where he always was. But since there was a new movie with Black Beard as the villain, Davy Jones wasn't in the mist anymore, instead it was Black Beard. It was sorta disappointing. I liked the one in Disneyland better.

Frontierland

Splash Mountain
I've always hated splash drop rides. I decided not to go because I didn't want to get wet. So Maricris and Dean went alone. Dean told me that this Splash Mountain was pretty pussy. It was slower than the one in Disneyland.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
This was my brother's favorite roller coaster since it was his first. Since I never really rode this ride before, I was nervous. Yes, I'm a wimp. But not anymore. This ride was actuallt friendly. It wasn't extreme at all. It was fun!

Liberty Square

Haunted Mansion

This ride never disappoints! It has it's own silliness and awesomeness. In the last part, there was a ghost that juggled our heads! It was funny!

Fantasyland

"It's a small world"

This ride was always a family ride. It's a small world after all! :) (And we saw one Filipino in the islander section, she wasn't found in the Asia section. Oh well)

Peter Pan's Flight

We had fast passes for this because we knew that this was the ride that we've always wanted. This was my mum's favorite ride. Well, because it is really magical. You would take a flight with Peter Pan. It was just amazing. However, in Disney World, it wasn't great as we expected. I got disappointed. It wasn't the same as the one in Disneyland. It was shorter and smaller. It wasn't the Peter Pan ride that I know. Nonetheless, I still love this ride, just not in Disney World.

Mad Tea Party

It was closed!! So sad!!

Dumbo the Flying Elephant

This was the ride that I've always ridden except for now. Dad says I'm too old or it. Oh well, but NO ONE'S EVER TOO OLD FOR DISNEY!

Under the Sea~ Journey of the Little Mermaid

This ride is just a ride that takes you to the story of the Little Mermaid.

Ariel's Grotto
Now this was a long line! I wore my Mickey Mouse gloves and waved at kids. I love their reaction so much! They were giggling.

Enchanted Tales with Belle

Belle is definitely my favorite Disney princess. It sucks that I didn't get in this adventure. I hate it that I didn't force my parents into going to this. It really sucks. I regret everything!

Mickey's PhilharMagic

THIS 3D MOVIE! Oh I couldn't contain my senti mode when we went in the theatre. I wasn't expecting anything here. I didn't know what we're going into. I'm just glad that we went in. It was supposedly Mickey's concert with his instruments using is magical hat. But then Donald screwed everything up. He then went to different Disney worlds. It was just so magical. I couldn't stop crying. Good thing Donald was there and made me laugh even a little. I just realized now that my childhood is the best. I love how Disney songs were all together in one movie. This movie just made me realize that Disney is a big thing in my life. I just remembered then that I cried in my last Disneyland visit when the fireworks came up. It was just a real surreal experience. I'm really blessed. I love Disney so much. I will always be a Disney kid.

(not my video)

Tomorrowland

Space Mountain

This is my favorite roller coaster because it was my first. I was still nervous because I only rode this ride once. And I got surprised when the seats were only for one! In Disneyland it was for two. I was panivking because I always ride these roller coasters with Dean by my side. My hands were cold. We didn't have fast passes so the waiting was intense. There was this one guy that made me laugh. We was already in the ride, while it was still moving to get ready he was already screaming. That dude was epic! He will never be forgotten! Nonetheless, the ride was still awesome. I overcame my fears of roller coasters. It was fun as expected.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

I always lose in this ride. Dean always win. It sucks. I never win in these kinds of rides. Boo.

Stitch's Great Escape
This ride was fun! It was all about Stitch escaping. This was a story before the movie. Stitch was very cute! But he spat directly at me so... yeah.
(not my picture)

Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor

This was a new show. It was very entertaining and funny! It was starring Mike! It was great! There's this hidden camera where if you're showed in the screen, you have to participate. Dad was shown! It was hilarious!

Highlight of the day: Mickey's PhilharMagic

CHARACTER SPOT!

*Well, that's it. I think this is my favorite world in Disney. There's not much extreme rides, but this is where I belong. This is where my childhood started. I will never leave Disney, and Disney will never leave me. I will always be a Disney kid.
